Hey guys, I am appearing for  GRE on 19 Nov, aiming for fall 18 , am I too late?. Could you pls suggest some good university for ms in cs .

Not really. You may miss the financial aid deadline for few universities. But be ready with your transcript, SOP and LOR by the time you take GRE. Also, start the applications for the universities you want to apply to so that you can apply as soon as you are done with your GRE.
