Please help evaluate my profile.
Planning to do MS in CS ( specialisation Machine Learning if possible)
CGPA : 8.4, however my last 4 semesters average is 9.1. Total average is ruined because of first year low cgpa.
GRE: 324 (Q: 169, V: 155, AWA: 4.5)
TOEFL: 117
1 International Research Paper with IJCA on NLP
Final year project on NLP, and one more project on NLP and ML.
4 mini-projects on ML.
1.5 years of social service, including teaching.
LORS : 1 from Project mentor, 2 from Assistant Professors.

Can you please suggest some universities for me ?

Dream unis are Georgia tech, Columbia and UCSD
