F-1 Dropbox eligibility criteria

I have a B1/B2 visa that will expire in April. However, I was not 14 years old when I was issued a B visa. Am I still eligible for Dropbox? It won't be more than 4 years since visa expiry that's why. Any response is much appreciated!
