Doing Masters in USA with Duolingo exam?

Can we give only dulingo exam to do masters or other exams also needed?
Is there are any universities only accept duloingo?
Can any one help me with this question...

Try to go for ielts or TOEFL If you can't give them then only go for Duolingo

Yes, you can. Many universities waived GRE and accepts Duolingo as English proficiency requirement. But you will have limited number.
