I agree with @vijayalakshmikc94 even I am from TCS and they can use personal email id but make sure to add 1 line reason about why not upload with official email id.

I have heard that most of the LORs, unless specified, are online. So does the letter head matter? Please check it out. Cause the university normally gives a link to those who will be providing the LORs.

From TCS mail id managers are unable to provide LOR, so you can provide their personal id..
