Do we have to mail official transcripts to UTD?

I have applied to ms in cs at UTD. From the website I am not really sure about whether to send the official transcripts or not. Are we supposed to send the transcript before admission or is the transcript required only if we get admitted?

You have to send official transcript only after getting an admit...For review purpose of your application they just need the scanned transcript.

Hey I was also having the same doubt earlier,Yesterday only i mailed them waiting for there reply.
U can mail them as well (interest@utdallas.edu,
gradecs@utdallas.edu).

Here in this platform, few folks said that they accept online docs submission( via apply texas platfom(www.applytexas.org)).
