Did anyone got admit from University of North Texas for spring 2023 in Ms in CS program?

I got admits from 1.) University of South florida(MsCs)- No funding , costs around 23-25 lakhs

2.) University of Cincinnati (MengCs)- 1 year course with 9.5k scholarship ,Costs around 15 lakhs Which should I go for

I've received my IELTS TRF i got l=8,r=7, w=6, s-7, overall band=7

Should i try for one more attempt or go ahead with this score?
