Can I change DS-160 confirmation number and SEVIS-ID after booking the visa appointment.

Guys I have two doubts
1. *I haven't submitted my DS-160 form yet. And I have a SEVIS ID from one university*

*And haven't paid my SEVIS fee too*

Now I am trying to pay the visa fees to book a visa appointment.

2. Later if I decide to change my University *I will be having a different DS-160 Confirmation Number, and SEVIS-ID.* Will I be still able to make changes to my Visa appointment( *changing DS-160 confirmation number and SEVIS-ID* ) since visa appointment already got booked in the above point.
