Best Course to do MS in software industry and the best universities to apply for as per my profile

Hi

I've been working as a QE Engineer in Hyd for about 8.5 years and would like to pursue my masters in the USA as I got married recently. I'd like to change my work domain to the software developer or Data Engineer(or data scientist).

Can anybody please suggest the best master's course to accomplish my goal and the universities I can apply for?
I'm targeting an IELTS score of 7.5 and my B. Tech percentage was 79.2(2013 passed out).
