#AskEveryone I've had 5 backlogs and cleared them all in the next sem itself. But I had one backlog

I've had 5 backlogs and cleared them all in the next sem itself. But I had one backlog while applying (after 6th sem) and my CGPA is 6.55. Is there any chance of me getting an university ? I've been getting all rejects btw.. only one more left in review. Should I apply to few more univs. Or wait until I clear the backlog ? My Profile is GRE 314(157,157), TOEFL-112, No work exp, no internship, one project. CGPA-6.55.
