Most of the universities providing MS in SE / IT / Data Analytics in Us if for either for one year or is having too many business subjects. Why is it so?

For eg, In U of Maryland, DA , DS and SE are for part time.
In SUNY Buffalo, DS is for 1 year

So far, I've only got SJSU (SE) and ASU (IT / SE) providing full time SE/ IT Masters.
Are there any more good universities providing full time courses to international students. Please help.
