Application to 2 programs

Question

Hi all. 
I am applying to both MCS and MDS program in UCI. Any suggestions on how my SOP should be framed? Could my SOP for one program hurt the chances for the other ? #applicationprocess #uci #msds #MCS

Hey Saikripa, Based on my experience you should write firstly you should describe yourself not in first or second person but in 3rd person. As you move forward with your writing part then mention about your interest towards Computer Science or Data Science and how did you gain interest in computer science. Moreover, you can also write about how did you got to know about this particular university and why are you so peculiar about this university only. Write about your research interests if any write down about the program ranking and current researches of the university.
If you successfully frame it on a piece of paper then definitely you will see results.
