Syracuse, George Washington university, Florida Institute of technology for eng MGMT. 
also applying to NEU for electrical or eng MGMT. 
reviews on my university list. is it too ambitious? 
and which course would be more appropriate for NEU.

IIT straightaway rejects people with backlogs.. Personal experience :( and from the time they came to India for offering admissions..Neu and utd are ambitious...Try Texas tech, SMU, uta for Texas..Uncc might be mod
