Which University is better to choose in between UNT & DePaul

Applied for Master's in Datascience.

DePaul University have some good reviews and ranking in perspective of Datascience but UNT overall QS ranking far better than DePaul.
Average alumni salary have thousands of dollars difference, competitively DePaul have high.
Location for DePaul, Chicago one of the biggest cities in US where has UNT in Denton suburban.
Tuition fee and cost of living expenses much more higher than UNT.

Help me to choose the best University with respect to the applied course.
