Which universities require WES evaluation? Can anyone help me with the process?

SJSU requires WES.   about rest of other universities I have no idea.
Steps
1) Create WES Account and give details about undergrad institute
2) pay fees for type of evaluation you want. (app. 250 $ for course-by-course evaluation, which is more prefered)
3) a Reference Number will be generated after payment. Give that number to exam section/ admin section of your universities to send official transcript  through email. otherwise you will have to do it by mailing the sealed cover through post(more  tedious).   
4) Finally wait till WES recieve the document and create the report. then send that rerport to whichever uni you want(30$ fees for each uni).
