Which is better university for masters in computer science and why?

I have an option to transfer from MR(master of computer science) to MS after one semester in NCSU. In University of Florida, there is an option to select thesis track or non thesis track after joining university. I'm confused about which one to select. Please guide me

I got admit in California State University Fresno for master's in Computer science, Do I wait for University of North Texas Denton admission or should I go for Fresno. Which is better and why?
