Hi,

UNCC MS CS is a good school with courses offered in various specializations like game design, data science etc. The rankings for CS are also better compared to OSU. Tuition and Living expenses are similar. UNCC has a better alumni network with many folks working in top tech firms in Bay Area, Boston, Seattle etc. UNCC is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is also a good location given its proximity to RTP (Research Triangle Park), where many companies, including MNCs and startups, have established their base. However, because of COVID, interviews for internships and full-time positions, as well as Career Fairs, are now held online. UNCC also has great number of on campus opportunities.

Considering all these factors UNCC MS CS should be your choice.

University of North Carolina is a better choice considering location, acceptance rate (approximately 75%) and ranking. 
But you should check the post-graduation employment opportunities of both universities before making a decision. You can find more information about that here:
