which are the possible ways that I can build a strong profile for MS in USA? Currently I'm in engineering 3rd year Mechanical with 2 year back and a CGPA of 5.32 and I've started preparing for GRE ,I'll be giving exam in January 2020.

The best thing you can do is, get your CGPA as high as possible, then take it from there. Try to publish few research papers in the field you are planning to pursue your master.
