The Best answer to this question would be that, the coursework in your bachelor's wasn't part of your area of interest hence the reason for your poor performance and usually bachelor's has a variety of spectrum of subjects than how it is in for master's (Which is concise and specific to the field of your interest).
But if you are going to specialise on the same subjects you got a backlog and poor performance in, you can tell about knowledge gained through work and online courses, which increased your interests.
