What universities should I aim for?

Hi reader, I have a CGPA of 8/10 but I have over 36 months of internship experience. I’ve worked at 2 Ycombinator funded companies (which is rear in my university).

What universities in the USA can I get? I’ve not yet given GRE or TOEFL. Should I wait for a year to graduate and improve my GPA (will that help me get into a better ranked university)?

I would love if someone could guide me with this.
