What should I add as surnames for my parent's name while filling ds 160 form if my passport has thei

What should I add as surnames for my parent's name while filling ds 160 form if my passport has their given name alone. All other documents have names with their initials. Should I fill it with their full name like other documents, or according to passport (that is the given name alone), or use FNU. Please help me with this
