What should be a safe score for me in GRE and TOEFL to get a decent University if my UG CGPA is 7.4(NIT Bhopal) and I did 4 projects,1 two month intern.I am currently studying Materials and Metallurgical Engineering and want to peruse MS in Material Science and Engineering.I would prefer Germany over US due to high expenses of US.Also Material Science has better scope in Germany than US.Please give me your valuable suggestions and is it a good choice to prefer Germany over US(I'm looking for jobs after my MS).

Just know one thing, getting a job in Germany without being able to speak German is very difficult.
