WES Evaluation question

I study at an affiliate college of Mumbai University and need help with the WES

In order for my 3 year degree to be recognized in USA I need to be

A) First Division in my class

and

B) My degree rewarding institution should be NAAC A accredited

Now I do know that Mumbai university fulfills the second criteria, however my affiliate college NAAC score is B, will WES consider Mumbai university as rewarding institution or the affiliate college? #ms #masters
