US Visa Interview
If your mother is sponsoring your masters degree with her savings in the form of fixed deposit of xx lakhs which cover your entire tution and living for two years.But she is a house wife and earns income from interests and equity. How should this be answered to the visa officer and should house wife be mentioned or not and like how to tackle questions related to finances .

HI, Add multiple sponsors - mom as well as dad. Say primary sponsor as mom. 'income from interests and equity' is a valid answer, don't worry. Just be confident. In my opinion, if your mom earns from equity, the profession is more of business investment than a housewife. See more
