Hi Aman,

Work experience is an important factor to consider if you want to pursue MS Finance. Most universities ask for atleast 12-15 months experience in USA.  
Any experience in the financial sector is an added advantage for your application. You might also be required to take GMAT because MS in Finance is generally taught by the B-Schools of universities and the GMAT score is a criteria to review your application. I encourage you to check the same with the universities you are planning to apply to.
