University of Liverpool vs University of Exeter for MS in Computer Science?

Hi Rahul,
According to Timer Higher Education's list for CS, Exeter is ranked much higher than Liverpool. It’s a very highly rated Uni with a Gold ‘Teaching Excellence Framework’ (TEF), which is a general descriptor. Exeter is routinely ranked in the top dozen or so universities in the UK (there are about 130 of them, so top 10% at any rate).  It’s based on a beautiful campus, in a lovely city in a wonderful part of the country, the courses are excellent, and it’s easy to get out to beautiful countryside, to beaches, or to other cities including London, since it is well served by rail, motorways and an airport. The only drawback (which everyone there talks about) is the fact that Exeter in general, and the Streatham campus in particular, are built on a series of hills, and you get far more exercise than you may really want.
