University comparison

I am confused between these colleges in neu, I have an ms in finance and at the University of Pittsburgh, I have applied to Ms in finance+ business analytics. So, the fee for neu is 54k for the 1-year course and in upitt it is 70k for 1 and half year course. Can you help me to get a proper decision and consideration of fees too, thank you.
