@reckoner Yes you can attempt to apply for PHD in CS> BUt then focus on research aspects in your application. Also do not apply to way ambtious unis like you would apply for masters in USA as PHD applications you have better chances to get through unis lower then the one chosen above. For masters your can go ahead with the one selected. See more
