Uni with No IELTS

I have bachelor in engineering with 5-6 years of experience in both administrative and entrepreneurial work field. I have taken GMAT already. I also have issued a letter of proof in undergrad in English from the institute head I did my undergrad. Is there any universities preferably in EU where I can apply without IELTS/TOEFL for masters in business? Help me out guys. I'm facing so much issue every now and then and postponing my masters year after year. #ielts #masters #business
