UMass Amherst (MS. Computer Engineering VLSI/CAD and Embedded Systems) vs. USC (MS. Electrical Engin

UMass Amherst (MS. Computer Engineering VLSI/CAD and Embedded Systems) vs. USC (MS. Electrical Engineering in VLSI Design). Have gotten admits from both and unable to pick which university to go to!
Have already received my I-20 from UMass Amherst and still waiting to hear from USC regarding my I-20. They have provided me with an Academic Eligibility Letter but have since then not provided me any update. Kinda worried about that as well.

Either ways which university would you folks suggest?
