Transcripts while applying to CSU Fullerton

Hi everyone,

Asking for a friend..

I would like to know if CSU Fullerton accepts transcripts uploaded/emailed by the student during the application process?
When I contacted them, they told me that they only accept transcripts sent from University's official email, but my undergrad university said that they don't send any such emails. So wanted to check from someone that has already applied to CSU Fullerton about how they dealt with the transcripts
