Hi! This is a tough decision especially when both unis are so closely ranked in the United Kingdom (According to QS rankings 2020). Major factors to consider would be location, tuition, cost of living and safety.

1) Location: 
Brunel Uni- Uxbridge London. Being in London has its advantages in terms of job opportunities, one of the most sought out locations in the UK. || Swansea University-  Swansea, Wales. Currently, it is gaining a lot of popularity and more people are moving into the city due to the liveliness of the place and obvious love for football! ///
2) Tuition:
Brunel Uni- Around 20000 pounds  || Swansea Uni- Around 18000 pounds. So Brunel is a bit costlier as compared to Swansea Uni.  ///
3) Living expenses:
This is where it gets a bit steep. The living costs for Brunel uni, considering the fact that it is in London is significantly higher (around 2x) compared to Swansea. Where Swansea Uni's cost comes to 8k pounds per annum, Brunel may cost upto 16k depending on where you find accommodation! ///
