Profile Evaluation - Query

Need help from people here to guide me:

GRE: 308 (V: 150, Q:158, AWA: 4)
TOEFL: 99
CGPA: 7.14/10 (Telecommunication Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology)
Targeting for: MS in Computer Science (or related courses)
Interested in: Non Thesis Master
Work Exp: 2 years as Software Engineer
Proficiency in Java, Python - have around 4 good projects to showcase with 1 International research paper related to AI project I did in college.

With the above profile, I was rejected from around 8-9 universities including UNT Denton, UMBC, FSU, GSU and few others for Fall 2022. My SOP and LOR were also good so I suspected that maybe these universities were looking for CS grads for MS in CS (note that I had taken C programming and Operating Systems as part of my curriculum in college but have not taken courses like Computer Organization, Datat structures etc.)

Which universities should I target for Fall 2023? I was offered Masters in streams related to Electronics/Electrical from some universities but I really want to study Computer Science as I see myself continuing in that industry in the future. Any help with this scenario would be highly appreciated from the community!
