Proceed or wait? Duolingo or TOEFL?

Hi all, need a suggestion,
I'm having a Duolingo score of 120 but I written TOEFL also but my scores not yet released it may take not less than a week. Since my desired Universities accepting duolingo scores will I proceed applying with that or should I wait for my TOEFL score?
