The best thing to do in this case is emailing the International Admissions Counceller if you have any or mailing the Financial Aid Office/Admissions Office. Do mention your interest in attending the university.

Also, if you don't mind, what kind of scholarship is this? If it is Merit, then it usually takes a few more days for the Admissions Office to notify you about that.

If it is a financial aid scholarship, then I hope you have submitted an app for the same because that's required for most financial aid scholarships.
