Please help me choose & refer some of your opinions based on my profile

I have 7.1 CGPA in B.Tech Computer Science & 303 in GRE & 7.5 in ILETS , which university do i have 90-100% chance of getting into for MS in Computer Science , i have no work experience & my budget is 45 lakhs including all ( 2 yrs tution fees + living + fooding)
