Please help me choose between MSCS in CSU Chico and MSCEN in UC Riverside

I have already received i-20 from Chico. Also the tuition fee in Chico is much lesser compared to UCR. I want to solely focus on getting a good job after the completiton my masters. Obviously if I want to lower my fees in UCR I'll have to apply for teaching and research assistant jobs. I don't think I would be inclined to dedicate that much time outside my course work. Also I don't want to take a loan for very big amount. Also I want a CS major course, UCR offering me CEN masters. After considering all the aspects please suggest which college should I choose.
