One of my recommenders forwarded the email he got from the university (for submitting recommendation

One of my recommenders forwarded the email he got from the university (for submitting recommendation) to me.
Will the admission committee or the university know that the email was forwarded? Do they track these emails?
If yes, then should I just cancel the application for that university?
Another question, can the recommendation be submitted after I submit and pay for the application or should I wait for the recommender to complete the recommendation?
Any answer will be helpful.
