NEU vs NCSU

I have been admitted into the MSECE program at NEU - Boston and MSEE program at NCSU - Rayleigh. I'm not sure which one to finalize. Some say NEU has a very good coop program but getting a part-time is difficult and you'll have to cover your living expenses using your own money. Some say, tuition fees at NCSU is a little high and it is known for its Computer engg program. and not sure about the scope of Electrical engg. Could someone please advise on which one is better, MSECE at Neu - boston or MSEE at Ncsu - Raleigh? (Considering all the factors like opportunities, ROI, curriculum, location, coop/internship opportunities etc.) #studyabroad #masters #ms
