I got admit in these universities for fall 23 in US. 
Which is best to choose regarding course curriculum, location, part time jobs, weather, cost of living, complete masters in low budget, international student ratio, and all other factors?

1. Florida state University-MS CS
2. University of Alabama Birmingham-MS CS
3. Kennesaw state University- MS CS
4. Georgia state University-MS Data science. 
5. North eastern university- MS DA

You can consided GSU as it has location advantage and fees is quite low plus weather is not harsh
