Need suggestion on Admit, i20 and Loan

Hi, I just got an Admit from UT Arlington for MS CS (NT) and I’m planning to take a loan for MS. UT Arlington has a relatively lesser fees than other colleges which I applied, so If i take a loan from this University’s i20, will it be enough for funding other colleges?

Please suggest me on what to do.
1. Should I take i20 from UTA and start off the Loan/Visa process immediately
2. Or wait for better admits and higher fees for the loan/visa procedure.

Please let me know what would be the best step! Thanks!
