Need profile evaluation.. plz help

Btech from(University of pune) -CS- 72%(first class with distinction, in pune university 66% is rated as first class with distinction) I was topper of my branch in college and received Scholarship from TATA motors for that.

1 year of course in nuclear and computer science at advance level from Homi Bhabhi National Institute, Mumbai

In my 12th board exam I was ranked 20th in whole state(in case it count)

Toefl-102
No GRE ( looking for collges without GRE requirement)

Work Experience-

1- worked as software developer in an MNC for 1 year

2- Worked as a scientific officer ( class I Central govt) in Bhabha atomic research Center(BARC) for 3.5 years.

3- presently working as officer in my state electricity department since last 5.5 years.
