Need a suggestion on GRE retaking

with a 308 score on GRE without AWA. is it possible to get scholarships for Masters in computer science ?

Unless You are Applying to unknown lower ranked colleges, 308 is not even the avg GRE score for Top 50 College for CSE and They have min criteria in quants if gre is mandatory and You mostly don't qualify in that aspects. Competition for CSE is at it's peak and It's better to Rewrite and Since Verbal is your Strength, You can Definitely score more than 160 Plus for Quants and Try to Get 320+ so that you might get scholarship but Usually they consider Your Profile as a Whole to Provide scholarship not only GRE.
Also apply before priority deadline
