My sister and I are going for Fall2023. Should I disclose this in the visa interview. How should I answer ? Will the visa officer already know she has applied for visa as well along with me?

She is working xxx. (Should I stop it here and if they specifically if she has MS plans and answer them or just say now itself that she is also planning for masters)
