Hey! As per USNR Mechanical Engineering 2022 (which is the most trusted for rankings in USA), ASU (#41)> UIC (#59) > NJIT (#91) > UMBC (#101). Arizona state uni is a very good university for mechanical engineering, and being a cheap state to live in, it will cost you lesser than the other unis you have mentioned like NJ and Baltimore.
