Which one should I pick for MS in ECE (digital VLSI )? Explain the reason?
1. University of Florida 2. University of Utah UF has basic VLSI coursework, but high reputation. Utah has excellent VLSI coursework but not much reputed.

Profile evaluation and University suggestions: BE in ECE with 83% IELTS: 6.5 Overall (no band less than 6) Planning for MS in EE or Electrical and computer engineering with VLSI specialization for spring 2023 intake.
Budget for entire course: <40,000 $

Which university is better, NCSU or VTech(NCR campus) for MS ECE in VLSI
