B Tech -EEE 5.65 gpa  
2 years work experience in IT  
Application Developer and Analyst Roles

I think you should check out some of these Universities, they match with your profile, as for fees, some of them are affordable, but for those which are not, I would suggest you seek fee waivers (through experts) and merit-based scholarships.
