Masters in data science in USA

Hey guys I would require your help for Masters program in the US In the science field. Bit about my education: I have completed my bachelors degree in the field of data science that is BSC data science from University of Mumbai under kes Shroff college from your 2020 to 2023. I am a straight a student and I have got first rank in my college for the specific program I am talking about. I have recently given my IELTS examination last month in the month of December and I have got a overall band of 7. Since most of the universities in the West does not require GRE for masters degree in data science or MSc data science so I have not opted for that. Anyways I have collected my transcript from my college and the scale of the transcript is 10 rather than 4. So I am not sure whether it is fine for me to apply to universities in the US for Masters or should I convert the skill from 10 to 4. Also since I don't have a lot of idea about how transcripts are submitted to the university so I don't know how it works, currently I have five copies of transcript with me which my college have give me, I am not sure what to do with it either to give it directly by mail service to the university or upload the transcript to the application portal where I am applying. I am slightly overwhelmed with the entire process so I would just like to know very simple things from yocket community. 1. My 3 years BSc degree will work for my MSc application? 2. The transcript which I have got are in scale of 10, my college does provide the facility to convert it to scale of 4 3. How do I send the transcript to the universities?
