Looking for an accommodation near UMBC

Hi everyone, I'll be arriving in Baltimore om 22md of August. I'm looking for a private room in a shared accommodation. My only preference is hygiene, others are negotiable. The accommodation should be within a 30 to 40 mintues walk to campus.

I have also checked out an accommodation near campus, 2 bed (one private and one shared), 1.5 bath, all utilities included in rent,$2200 shared equally.
