Discloser - I am not an international applicant for Australia. But in my opinion, it is never easy for an international student to find a job in any foreign country. In Australia for the upcoming year, students in remote universities might face difficulties to search for a full time. So, I recommend opting for universities in cities itself where the local hiring is more. Full-time opportunities depend on your ability to crack the interviews. For a part-time, you are permitted to work 20 hours a week during college/class days. As for which resources to which, I would recommend contacting a student who is currently studying in Australia. He or she might be better capable of giving you the exact resources to use to find a full-time role.
